Values

The values that Acsa Sorigué considers fundamental when it comes to dictating the company’s behaviour are:

• Importance of the human team.  We consider people to be the company’s main asset, a belief that has led to the creation of stable and secure work places that favour the personal and professional development of our employees. We foment the existence of links with the workforce and with the company as a whole and we promote cohesion through the appropriate communication and information channels. Also, we consider health and safety at work to be a serious commitment in all aspects of the company’s work.
• Customer service. Satisfying the customers’ needs and demands is our primary duty. We make a big effort to transmit confidence and a willingness to serve, putting all of our resources to work to achieve this effect.
• Environment. We maintain our commitment with the environment and seek the highest possible standards in this regard in our work, minimising the impact on the environment through the establishment of sustainability policies that help us to that end.
• Innovation. We foment policies that give priority to the use of new technologies in order to improve efficiency and competitiveness in our actions, as well as encouraging new ideas and business opportunities.
